MSC Moto products are guaranteed for 1 year against defects in materials and manufacture.

Our 1-year warranty is for defects caused at time of production and does not include general wear and tear or mistreatment of the products. Our 1-year warranty does not cover crash damage, i.e damage to products caused as a result of a crash.

If ordered from us here at mscmotoamericas.com please contact us with any warranty claim you may have by using the contact us page on this website. If your item is found to be faulty then MSC Moto will repair or issue a new item under warranty.

If you ordered from an MSC Moto dealer please contact the dealer you purchased your items from.

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to LGP Powersports for review. Once approved, we will repair or replace the item(s) and ship them back to the customer at no cost.
